摘要: The purpose of this study was to explore the impact human resource management on achievement quality education in preparatory schools Harari regional state. Participants were 123 students grade 11 and 12 by employing stratified random sampling techniques. Forty two teachers, five school administrators, six unit leaders ten student council members included study. questionnaire, interview used for data collection. Both qualitative quantitative analysis methods employed order infer results. findings were; current practice very poor, inadequate mobilization resources, lack periodic, supportive constructive staff supervision there a difference between public private schools. In addition, commitment efficiency low library absence laboratory, no practicing continuous assessment supervision; ineffective teaching-learning process some factors contributing performance. Thus it can be generalized that impacts is obvious.
