摘要: A proximal release delivery system for expandable prostheses includes an elongate catheter, actuating wire, and a splittable sheath. The wire travels through the lumen of catheter to catheter's distal end where it everts about between prosthesis splitter with blade element is attached wire. As operator pulls in direction, splitting sheath from allowing expand deploy. may also include longitudinal hinge prosthesis.
