摘要: Reduced glutathione (GSH, gamma-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine) is a fundamental low-molecular mass antioxidant that serves several biological functions. Upon enzymatic and non-enzymatic oxidation, GSH forms disulfide (GSSG) and, under particular conditions, may generate other oxidative products. The determination of GSH, its precursors, metabolites in bio-matrices useful tool studying stress. Many separative non-separative methods have been developed improved for the assay related compounds. At present, high-performance liquid chromatography capillary electrophoresis are most used techniques to determine congeners. review will deal with analytical over last few years compounds, procedures performed sample pre-treatment order minimize errors. Since GSSG, compounds lack strong chromophores or fluorophores, it advantageous, many assays, derivatize improve detection limit UV-Vis allow fluorescence, thus commonly labeling agents also described.
