摘要: A reagent for an immunological determination comprising water insoluble latex particles being formed from vinyl polymerizates and having free terminal functional groups of the formula: ##STR1## through which are bound immunologically active material including materials preparing this utilizing diagnostic purposes. The contain a core outer layer, said by polymerization vinyl, or diene monomers mixtures thereof with in carrying group selected consisting carboxyl, sulfonate layer group.
