摘要: Electron spectroscopy (ESCA) and its use for surface characterization are reviewed. The fundamentals instrumentation briefly discussed, particularly those aspects relating to analysis. Three examples given in the application of ESCA diverse areas. First, a study has been reported adhesion polymer layers metal. When is removed, very thin (ca. 20–80A) remain which can be detected by ESCA. Second, used fluoridation dental enamel. Products differ when NaF SnF 2 as fluoridating agents.
