摘要: It is a significant challenge to selectively control insect pests that are of agricultural, medical or veterinary importance, while at the same time protecting environment. In recent decades, resistance, concerns for environmental, and regulatory actions have reduced availability and/or effectiveness classical insecticides. The discovery growth regulators (IGRs), which act on physiology development insects, has provided some new opportunities develop selective, environmentally acceptable pesticides. Research IGRs requires bioassays reflect selectivity specific mode action desired pest insects while, time, minimizing any effects non-target organisms. Thus, it important evaluate novel show promise determining candidate this chapter, we focus primarily use imaginal discs, in vivo vitro, investigating IGRs.
