摘要: This dissertation emphasizes that the common cross-functionality of sourcing decisions in practice requires researchers to take more account behavioral team-level influences on organizational buying. Specifically, thesis focusses internal conflicts and politics teams. First, it establishes a link between formerly separated concepts conflict via general management literature review. Second, provides tangible research agenda for under-represented Purchasing Supply Management (PSM). Third, adds empirical evidence specialized context cross-functional Fourth, makes an advance into scarcely researched PSM team field by focusing question how goal misalignment distribution knowledge across actors jointly affect performance. In summary, can offer highly credible perspectives strategic choices impediments integration, such as or politics, still holds immense potentials.
