摘要: Experiments were performed to investigate whether proteins other than fibrin are substrates for activated fibrin-stabilizing factor (FSF, blood coagulation Factor XIII, plasma transglutaminase) in clotting whole plasma. Three fluorescently labeled polypeptides identified serum prepared by normal, but not FSF-deficient, the presence of fluorescent amine, N-(5-aminopentyl)-5-dimethyl-aminonaphthalene-1-sulfonamide (dansylcadaverine). The major polypeptide had a Mr (estimated polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis sodium dodecyl sulfate) 1.6 times 10(5) and was found protein fraction precipitated 33 50% saturated ammonium sulfate. second 2.0 10(5), insoluble 33% sulfate, gamma-globulin directed against cold-insoluble globulin. third 1.1 All three first peak when chromatographed on Sephadex G-200. immunoprecipitin arc containing alpha2-macroglobulin analyzed immunoelectrophoresis. These results indicate that alpha2-macroglubulin, globulin, an unidentified with subunit = transamidated FSF concentration globulin decreased formed at 37 degrees from depletion normal partially blocked dansylcadaverine completely absence calcium ions.
