摘要: RESUMEN. Se realizo el mapeo oligosacaridico (degradacion enzimatica con heparinasa 1 y posterior analisis cromatografico por intercambio ionico de los oligosacaridos resultantes) tres heparinas bajo peso molecular, dos ellas nuestra produccion, obtenidas fragmentacion radicalaria. compararon resultados obtenidos la bibliografia se analizaron las semejanzas entre productos metodos depolimerizacion diferentes, peroxidolisis via agua oxigenada termolisis del acido hipocloroso, ambos basados en fragmentaciones molecuiares donde intervienen radicales libres. SUMMARY. "Oligosaccharide Mapping of Low Molecular Weight Heparins obtained by Free Radical-Based Fragmentation Methods". Oligosaccharide mapping (heparinase enzimatic cleavage and further ion exchange chromatographic analysis the resulting oligosaccharides) was performed on three low molecular weight heparins samples, two them from our own production, f ~ e radical based fragmentation. The results were compared with bibliographic data. Similarities beetwen products differeiit free radical-based fragmentations methods, peroxidolysis reaction hydrogen peroxide hypochlorous acid thermolysis, analyzed.
