摘要: The present invention relates to a new use of P44 as marker for predicting or diagnosing anaplasmosis. Particularly, the composition diagnostic anaplasmosis comprising gene, anaplasmosis, primer set probe detecting Anaplasma phagocytophilum, kit, and method providing information an infection. P44, which is biomarker discovered by invention, multicopy multiple copies exist in phagocytophilum genome, thus has benefit being detectable with high sensitivity even small amount DNA compared conventional genes. A amplifying devised shows short testing time can be very usefully used early diagnosis
