摘要: A method for in situ synthesis of graphene along a lengthwise direction waveguide applied to photonic device includes processing an evanescent field laser propagating the spread outward waveguide, depositing nickel thin film on surface growing between and by irradiating telecommunication core removing from waveguide. Accordingly, with high optical nonlinearity is synthesized device.
