摘要: In this review, the authors perform a database search and summarize discuss all eligible studies that provide (subgroup) analysis of postoperative seizure outcome patients with cavernoma-related epilepsy undergoing sole lesionectomy or including hemosiderin rim. Based on currently available data, conclude if surgical treatment is performed, peri-lesional should be resected. However, cases eloquent multiple localization widespread deposit in which complete resection challenging undergo specific preoperative work-up.
