摘要: A classification of three specific syndromes ulnar-nerve compression at the wrist and hand with representative cases is presented reported have been classified according to location compression. In Type I (proximal lesion), there sensory loss in ulnar distribution as well some distal loss. Types II III (distal lesions), is, respectively, only pure motor or deficit. An outline for preoperative evaluation suggested more accurate localization site injury. Surgical decompression usual reversible neuropraxia treatment.
