摘要: Background: Congenital melanocytic nevus (CMN) has an increasing risk of malignancy and may cause cosmetic psychological problems. Surgery been the main therapy for most cases. However, it is often not suitable all lesions. Treatment these lesions can be challenging to plastic surgeons. CO2 laser, with special function, another effective treatment some CMN. Methods: Both were treated a short-pulsed laser in conjunction local anesthetic; superfluous tissue was pruned ablated get crude tragus then carefully shaped form aesthetically tragus.
