Dielectric Behaviour of Manganese Modified Strontium Titanate Ceramics Synthesized by Solid State Ceramic Route

摘要: Various compositions with x=0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20 and 0.30 in the system SrTi1-xMnxO3 were prepared by solid state ceramic route. Compositions x ≤ 0.10 found to be single phase solution. In this paper, result of investigations on effect manganese substitution SrTiO3 dielectric behaviour for which form solution have been reported. Average grain size is small, may due segregation dopant at grainboundaries. Dielectric measurements made temperature range 150–500K. Measurements properties show that there not much space charge polarisation across grains grainboundaries interface. This only occurs high one observes large dispersion constant dissipation factor. At low temperatures, follows character difference values constant.
