摘要: Composite (biphasic) mixtures of two the most important inorganic phases synthetic bone applications-namely, calcium hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 (HA)) and tricalcium phosphate (Ca3(PO4)2 (TCP))-were prepared as submicrometer-sized, chemically homogeneous, high-purity ceramic powders by using a novel, one-step chemical precipitation technique. Starting materials nitrate tetrahydrate diammonium hydrogen salts that were dissolved in appropriate amounts distilled water used during powder runs. The composite bioceramic with compositions 20%-90% HA (the balance being TCP phase) increments 10%. pellets from sintered to almost full density dry air atmosphere at temperature ~1200°C. Phase-evolution characteristics studied via X-ray diffractometry function range 1000°-1300°C. sintering behavior bioceramics observed scanning electron microscopy. Chemical analysis samples was performed inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy
