摘要: Background and aims To evaluate the objective subjective optical quality of all optic zone diffractive multifocal intraocular lens (IOL). Methods Fifty patients (50 eyes) having phacoemulsification IOL implantation surgery were enrolled. 25 implanted with monofocal IOL. Objective parameters under 4 mm pupil using Optical Quality Analysis System (OQAS), visual acuity (VA) at 85 cd/m 2 luminance questionnaire concerning halo function assessed. Results The group gained similar outcomes, such as OQAS values contrast 100%, 20%, 9%, modulation transfer cut-off Strehl ratio, group. scatter index (OSI) was significantly better in Distance corrected near VA, uncorrected distance intermediate VA difference best between groups not significant. Mild halos glare reported both a significant two observed; however, moderate only (2/25). There no when compared. Conclusions All IOLs provided almost same did besides good performance, but greater OSI, indicating that provides daytime more light. Trial registration number NCT02234635, post-results.
