摘要: Background Morphologic and kinetic characteristics of breast lesions are regarded as a major criterion for their differential diagnosis in dynamic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). However, there have not been well-reported MRI findings microinvasive ductal carcinoma. Purpose To evaluate carcinoma the to compare patients with pure situ (DCIS). Material methods Eighty-one pathologically confirmed carcinomas (n = 37) or DCIS 44) were included this study. The analyzed without knowledge pathologic conventional findings. For all detected on MRI, morphologic analyses performed according Breast Imaging Reporting Data System. non-mass lesions, presence clustered ring enhancement was also analyzed. Statistical using Student's t test, χ(2) Fisher's exact test. Results In total 35 cases 39 MRI. most common dominant heterogeneous enhancement. spiculated margin mass-type lesion (P 0.022), segmental distribution 0.023), 0.006) non-mass-type lesion, kinetics showing strong initial 0.004) subsequent wash-out 0.001) significantly more frequent than DCIS. Conclusion Non-mass distribution, enhancement, curve Compared DCIS, showed suspicious characteristics. characteristic finding microinvasion
