摘要: En este articulo se describe una propuesta de un Plan Tutoria y Apoyo para estudiantes doctorado disenada llevada a cabo por el equipo Desarrollo Competencias Valores la Universidad Deusto. Dicho pretende aportar estrategias formacion los investigadores del plantea como alternativa evitar sensacion soledad que viven doctorandos durante proceso realizacion tesis doctoral minimizar tasa abandono. Los fundamentos estan orientados al desarrollo autonomia aprender, competencia trabajar colaborativamente en equipos investigacion, practica reflexion construccion conocimiento cientifico. Se incluyen objetivos Plan, las actividades fundamentales resultados segun opiniones protagonistas. La valoracion realizan tanto directores sobre es positiva. ABSTRACT Tutoring and Support for PhD Students: A Proposed Plan. This paper describes proposal of students, designed conducted by the Competences Values Development Team ​of Deusto University. plan aims to provide training members research team with strategies it is also conceived as an alternative avoid feeling loneliness experienced students while doing their theses well minimize dropout rate.
