摘要: The present work is devoted to the validation of SSR markers associated with submergence tolerance (Sub1A) QTLs in rice. It was shown that only microsatellite RM 7481 differentiates donor lines and recipient variety. Based upon results DNA analysis marker F2-plants, 14 homozygotes by locus Sub1A, 40 samples carried Sub1A heterozygous state, 22 plants inherited alleles from variety Novator were identified. Survival parental hybrid (21 days after germination) showed most forms loci F2-plants carrying homozygous state according data molecular genetic analysis. Thus, it effective for breeding rice using Russian elite cultivars.
