摘要: The aim of this study is to explore the apoptotic induction and cell cycle arrest function luteolin on liver cancer cells related mechanism. line SMMC-7721, BEL-7402, normal HL-7702 were treated with different concentrations luteolin. SMMC-7721 BEL-7402 inhibited luteolin, inhibition dose–time-dependent. Luteolin could at G1/S stage, reduce potential, induce higher rate typical morphological carcinoma cells. Q-RT-PCR results also showed that increased Bax caspase-3 significantly upregulated in a dose-dependent manner However, almost not affected treatment. can inhibit time- manner. And mechanism maybe through arresting phase G1/S, enhancing level, reducing anti-apoptotic protein resulting activating enzyme decrease finally leading apoptosis.
