摘要: The neurosecretory system of the mole cricket Gryllotalpa africana Beauvois, using PF and PAVB techniques, has been described in detail. Two types cells, A- B-cells, have observed. While A-cells are present pars intercerebralis medialis B-cells distributed lateralis. On basis differences size appearance subdivided into two, A1- A2-subtypes. Six stages for accumulation NSM A1-cells described. variations shape reduction their sizes correlated with physiological state cells. The formation median pathways by convergence proximal portion axons A1-cells, crossing over emergence from ventral side protocerebrum as NCC I demonstrated convincingly. 11, reported first time cricket, joins shortly behind protocerebrum. Each common corpus cardiacum its apically nerve fibres penetrate gland a fan-like fashion. aggregates under transport, centre elaboration to storage centre, is stored entire larger amounts being concentrated along aorta wall posterior half gland. possibility cells corpora cardiaca considered. A commissure, hypocerebral ganglion, cardiaca, through which passage occurs. In mature females, contrast immature ones, number containing SM greater, amount activity cycles greater. From these features, presence it inferred that female more active than those females.
