摘要: Objectif: Developper et tester un nouvel instrument visuel dynamique pour le traitement a la maison du vertige paroxystique positionnel benin (VPPB). Devis: Etude prospective, controlee allocation aleatoire. Localisation: Hopital de soins tertiaires. Methode: Nous avons dessine manufacture (le DizzyFix) guider manoeuvre repositionnement des particules (MRP). Cinquante volontaire en sante ont appris MRP, seulement moitie utilisant appareil. compare une semaine plus tard, performance entre les utilisateurs l'instrument autres. Variables evaluees: La MRP ete evaluee sur echelle 11 points. Resultats: Les DizzyFix obtenu meilleurs scores que temoins (p = .0001). Conclusions: L'utilisation ce permet aux volontaires sains faire seuls correctement. C'est amelioration significative situation vecue avec instructions ecrites ou demonstration bureau.
