摘要: A natural polymer composite is the main choice to replace composites from petroleum derivatives. formed in two or more phases (i.e., organic and inorganic phases). that has specified energy band gap, electrical conductivity, tensile strength can be used as semiconductor material. The objective of this research was study effect production methods, concentration type metal oxide filler (TiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, ZnO) on structure, conductivity composites. Composites were prepared using a melt intercalation process with tapioca matrix addition 1%, 3%, 5% 7% concentrations, sonication processing time interval 40, 50, 60 min. Structure morphology analyzed FT-IR, XRD, SEM, TEM. UV-vis measure gap while measured potentiostat through determination resistivity. In addition, elongation by ASTM 822-02. tapioca/metal between 4.9-1.62 eV. Electrical showed percolation thresholds for concentrations 3%-5% TiO2, Fe2O3 ZnO. tapioca/ZnO ZnO 50 min maximum 74.84 kgf/cm 2 , 6% elongation, 1.27 × 10 -7 ohm -1 ·cm 3.27 characteristics described show
