摘要: Several studies report the effects of excessive use sugars and sweeteners in diet. These include obesity, cardiac diseases, diabetes, even lymphomas, leukemias, cancers bladder brain, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's multiple sclerosis, autism, systemic lupus. On other hand, each sugar sweetener has a distinct metabolic assimilation process, its chemical structure plays an important role this process. scientific papers present biological relation to their structure. One issue dealing with is degree similarity structures, focusing mostly on optical isomerism. Finding developing new desired properties emerging research area, which silico approaches play role.
