摘要: Summary A method for preparing 99mTc-macroaggregated ferrous hydroxide (Tc-MAFH) has been described. Tc-MAFH is easy to prepare and possesses adequate radiochemical stability. The majority of the labeled macroaggregates lie in optimal range 20–50 microns. This radiopharmaceutical enables superior physical properties 99mTc be more effectively used lung perfusion studies.
