摘要: — The creation and decay of singlet excitons in structurally-explicit Chi a photosystems were investigated by numerical integration the appropriate Master Equations. antenna chlorophylls excited simulated 6ps Gaussian light pulse. Positions orientations for randomly generated within regions whose size shape chosen to be particles observed freeze-fractured photosynthetic membranes. Among variables considered chlorophyll concentration, depth trap (i.e. P680 or P700), R0 parameter Forster transfer. properties fluorescence lifetime; detrapping rates; instantaneous integrated quantum yields intersystem crossing; fluorescence, crossing, photochemistry. A variety experimental evidence was used as input computational model.
