摘要: Abstract Objective This study aims to develop a function for mapping the English and Chinese versions of Functional Assessment Cancer Therapy–General (FACT–G) scores EuroQoL Group's EQ-5D utility index test whether single is sufficient two language versions. Methods A baseline survey 558 cancer patients in Singapore using FACT–G was conducted (308 250 questionnaires). Regression models were used predict values based on thus derive equation. Data from follow-up validate results. Results The Social/Family scale not associated with ( P = 0.701). There no interaction between version predictors (each > 0.1). An equation that maps Physical, Emotional, well-being scales derived. In validation sample, mean observed larger than mapped by only 0.005 (95% confidence interval [CI] −0.006 0.016), but absolute difference 0.083 CI 0.076 0.090). Conclusions At group level, individual developed can accurately map index.
