摘要: The thermal conductivity of quenched condensed polycrystalline and amorphous Pb Pb0.9Cu0.1 films has been measured between 0.5 11 K, i.e. in the superconducting (T≲7 K) normal state (T≳7 K). Whereas, agreement with previous results, phonon heat transport is very small for crystalline films, a considerable portion carried by phonons owing to absence extended lattice defects. Phonon scattering these latter analyzed terms from conduction electrons aboveTc, whereas well belowTc it likely due low energy excitations inherent structure.
