摘要: Abstract Focusing on the heat recovery of BF slag by dry granulation technology, an improved directional solidification method combines with X-ray diffraction (XRD) is promoted to explore influence Al2O3 content crystallization behaviors slags in a phase-change cooling process. In current research, process real-time reflected temperature distribution inside slag. Moreover, type and evolutions crystal phase were obtained analyzing XRD patterns. Furthermore, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was adopted investigate morphology evolution phase. The results indicated that increase content, primary structure transformed from Akermanite Gehlenite. transformation led decrease critical rate supercooling degree. precipitated varying interval, which governed average structure. addition, growth mode columnar pattern equiaxed rate. transformational decreased increasing content.
