摘要: Using eight p-hydroxybenzoic esters, simple equations were developed to provide accurate gas chromatographic retention data and column efficiency represented by the height equivalent a theoretical plate. With an experimental design, these have practical applications in calculation of resolution for given pair compounds determination isothermal conditions their separation minimum time. The method reduced number experiments be carried out provided good agreement between results predicted data.
