摘要: Current sustainable building, design and construction practices in Malaysia are primarily aimed at minimizing environmental resource impacts improving the safety, health, productivity of a building's final occupants. The primary objective this study is to construct valid reliable instrument quantitative measure level conformance by practitioners towards building safety health performance low-cost housing Malaysia. proposed research model was tested empirically using through survey 268 partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) tool. Statistical results confirm that architecture, services, external environment, management approaches maintenance positively influences results, besides indicating suitability PLS statistical analysis, has also contributed better understanding Findings useful for organisations, market participants enhance Malaysian construction.
