摘要: The development of coal gasification has several disadvantages including high reaction temperature and big energy consumption, difficult purification the gaseous products, stringent requirements process equipment. It also been pointed out to cause serious environmental pollution. To overcorne these problems, catalytic technique can improve rate conversion efficiency cornpared conventional techniques. In this study, experirnent was conducted by flowing nitrogen, oxygen, steam, into equiprnent. gasiflcation reactor heated 600 OC 800OC, where dry had initially fed before began. flow rates pyrolysis products were then measured a sample taken for further analysis using gas chromatograph. identified composition that CO, CO2, H2, CH2, CH4, C2H4. experiments used K2CO3 as catalyst feeding reactor. After started react. tire slowly fed. synthesis observed depend on agent used. Based experiment production from Indonesian low rank with K2CO3, it be summarized there is good correlation between agent, used, quality quantity produced.
