摘要: The multiple regression analysis of twin data in which a cotwin's score is predicted from proband's and the coefficient relationship (the basic model) provides statistically powerful test genetic etiology. When an augmented model that also contains interaction term fitted to same set, direct estimates heritability (h 2) proportion variance due shared environmental influences (c are obtained. A simple transformation selected prior facilitates h 2 g (an index extent difference between mean probands unselected population heritable) hypothesis etiology deviant scores differs variation within normal range.
