摘要: Abstract A geographical information system (GIS) is much more than a computerized mapping system, it designed to acquire, manage and process spatial information. In the current trend of multidisciplinary approach earth environmental management, GIS offer basis for integrating both data analysis tools from broad spectrum scientific disciplines. This paper aims present an understanding concepts methodologies involved in field GIS. It describes major steps processing illustrates diversity among uses. As not only set tools, but fully integrated environment management information, requires applied fields geosciences interrogate about nature content relevant as well transfer classical investigation methodologies.
