摘要: Abstract This paper presents an analytical approach to the tactical question: ‘What level of enforcement over time allows one eliminate a street market for illicit drugs while expanding least possible total effort?’ The analysis is done in context Caulkins' model [6] which predicts rate change dealers as function and several parameters. Our suggests that simple strategy using maximum available intensity until has been eliminated minimizes effort required.
