摘要: We propose an automated method for sleep stage scoring using hybrid rule- and case-based reasoning. The system first performs rule-based scoring, according to the Rechtschaffen Kale's sleep-scoring rule (1968), then supplements with This comprises signal processing unit, unit. applied this methodology three recordings of normal obstructive apnea (OSA). Average agreement rate in was 87.5% enhanced by 5.6%. architecture showed several advantages over other analytical approaches scoring: high performance on disordered recordings, explanation facility, learning ability. results suggest that combination reasoning is promising it also considered be a good model cognitive process.
