摘要: The aim of this manuscript was the development easy-to-operate quantum dots (QDs)-based immunochemical techniques for simultaneous screening several mycotoxins in cereals. Two different approaches multiplex fluorescent immunosorbent assay (FLISA) were employed. In first approach a multiwell plate which wells express mycotoxin (deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, aflatoxin B1, T2-toxin and fumonisin B1) considered as because each sample pretreated once then will be distributed over series within same (single-analyte multiplex, SAM). entire allows determination all compounds. For double-analyte (DAM) two specific antibodies co-immobilized one single well. Zearalenone B1 simultaneously determined, provided their conjugates are labeled with QDs parts spectrum, by scanning outcome at wavelengths. limits detection (LOD) deoxynivalenol, SAM FLISA 3.2, 0.6, 0.2, 10 0.4 µg kg(-1), respectively, while DAM they 1.8 1 kg(-1) zearalenone respectively. principle also presented qualitative on-site format tested four achieved cut-off values 500, 100, 2 100 simplification multiassay results' evaluation colors used.
