摘要: This paper discussed the transboundary eco-security issues, their distribution patterns, characteristics and driving forces, regulation system in Longitudinal Range-Gorge Region (LRGR). Major except for sand-dust storm, can be found along terrestrial border regions of China LRGR. The direct forces included constructions cascade hydropower dams, highways international navigation development, slope land cultivation mineral exploration. Transboundary issues affect neighboring areas region, downstream countries watercourses. ecological changes had effects on domestic side LRGR, such as species invasion. integrated measures should taken into consideration, including construction eco-protection projects nature reserves, threshold set-up, invasion control, establishment monitoring platform, constituting compensation mechanism laws (rules) institutions, capacity building. most important tasks to deal with LRGR are form internationally participative cooperation mechanism, establish fund eco-security, implement strategy, develop information exchange platform warning system.
