摘要: Hypersensitivity pneumonitis in children is an underrecognized form of immune-mediated interstitial lung disease that results from repeated exposure to the inhalation organic antigens. Because overt develops only a small percentage exposed individuals, complex interactions between nature antigen, intensity and duration exposure, host response susceptible individuals are most likely involved. In reported pediatric cases, hypersensitivity avian antigens, but it has also been seen with molds methotrexate. The diagnosis established by documented compatible clinical presentation, consistent radiologic features; supported positive precipitating antibodies, lymphocytosis bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, characteristic histologic changes on biopsy. Treatment consists antigen avoidance all corticosteroids severe cases. prognosis excellent when prompt recognition treatment initiated.
