摘要: Petroleum and petroleum-derived products can contribute to the inhibition of growth development plants. Soil contamination by these compounds either hampers or makes difficult intake water mineral salts from substrate, also breaks a number metabolic processes. As result deficiency chlorophyll nutrients, affected plants grow deformed roots, shoots, leaves, flowers, show numerous chloroses necroses. The objective our research was determine effects petrol, used engine oil, diesel oil on select morphological parameters Vicia faba L., content nutrients heavy metals in leaves effect bioremediation process initiated biopreparation ZB-1 above-mentioned determined. analyzed were obtained Experimental Station University Agriculture Cracow, located Mydlniki near Cracow. In June 2010, soil placed special containers contaminated with substances at quantity 6,000 mg per 1 kg dry mass, pouring it soil. Half objects subjected bioremediation. evaluation morphology structural elements yield made stage technological maturity broad bean seeds. conducted using flame absorption spectrometry. carbon, nitrogen, sulphur determined Variomax CNS analyzer. results experiment showed that had most adverse Engine caused decrease sulfur contents plants, but other hand this substance, like compounds, increased metals. diverse depended type substance parameter. continued adversely affect even three years after contamination. Additionally, accumulation harmful organs which could, turn, seriously impact economy human health. However, intensity depends derivative. Bioremediation supported use microorganisms is an advantageous solution permits improving as well offsetting upon majority elements.
