摘要: The effects of 1,25(OH)2D3 on proliferation, c-myc mRNA levels and receptor expression in activated tonsillar T lymphocytes were studied. Activation resting cells with phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) for 72 hr led to an increase induction expression. However, when activation was carried out the presence 1,25(OH)2D3, there inhibition PHA-stimulated proliferation levels. Increased cell number also observed, albeit a lesser extent, stimulated by phorbol myristate acetate (PMA), anti-CD3 antibody or A23187. these cases unable prevent increased PMA used combination produced similar greater changes levels, responsiveness hormone compared PHA alone. Thus can be related its anti-proliferative effects. Moreover this seems dependent level expression, which turn appears degree activation.
