摘要: Abstract Composite positive electrodes for all-solid-state In/LiCoO 2 cells with Li S–P S 5 glass–ceramic electrolytes were designed in order to improve rate performances of the cells. In composite LiCoO 40 wt.% and electrolyte 60 wt.%, suitable lithium ion conducting paths formed, addition vapor grown carbon fiber (VGCF) made it easier form electron-conducting paths. The solid-state cell kept high capacities about 90 mAh g − 1 even under current densities over 1 mA cm − 2 after charged discharged low 100 cycles. It was, thus, suggested that achieved by controlling mixed state operating condition during charge–discharge cycles.
