摘要: A 69-year-old man with a history of type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure was diagnosed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). He had hyperferritinaemia respiratory failure. Despite the initiation favipiravir high-dose corticosteroid ceftriaxone, his failure progressed serum ferritin levels increased. After polymyxin B-immobilized fibre column direct haemoperfusion (PMX-DHP) therapy, there improvement hyperferritinaemia. We report first case COVID-19-induced severe successfully treated by PMX-DHP.
