摘要: Abstract Electrophoretic fractionation of the isozymes lactic dehydrogenase was done on nearly 2,000 samples sera from 488 patients. The patients included those with breast cancer, benign disease, and controls. In analyzing isozyme patterns by use discriminant function statistical technique computer processing data, a mathematical constant for each evolved. When per cent present in sample is multiplied its respective constant, products obtained are added yield an index. possible value this index discussed.
