摘要: Electronic administration portals have become the basic platform for electronic administrative services users (citizens and businesses). The quality user-friendliness of this supply depends to a large extent on how well planned developed it is. first part paper presents some more notable approaches measuring development or sophistication e-services e-portals. Part two methodology evaluating e-portals at Faculty Administration - its strength lies primarily in attempt provide comprehensive evaluation life-event portals. It measures level sophistication, coverage, coordination accessibility service combines these into an overall portal score. closes by presenting empirical results from application assess 12 around world.
