摘要: Aim: To investigate atrophic parenchymal changes in ischemic liver conditions. Design: We studied 18 cases of hepatic lesions with due to altered blood flow (hepatic venous congestion n=15 including 4 additional nodular regenerative hyperplasia-NRH, NRH n=1, and antiphospholipid syndrome patchy atrophy n=2). Metaplastic hepatocellular changes, hepatocyte proliferation, stellate cell (HSC) activation, sinusoidal capillarization were examined immunohisto-chemically antibodies keratins (K) 7 19, Ki67, αSMA CD34, respectively. Results: K7 was positive K19 negative zone 3 hepatocytes areas plate atrophy, as well congested or compressed sites NRH. Sinusoidal CD34-positivity indicating accompanied immunoexpression. Masson trichrome revealed fibrosis be restricted areas, usually mild focally dense. expression expanded beyond K7-positive areas. Ki67 hepatocytes. Conclusion: Ischemic are characterized by immunoexpression, capillarization, HSC activation lack cellular an early reaction the major parenchyma components creating a more resistant microenvironment. These phenotypic alterations may prove valuable discrimination lesions.
