摘要: The preform is covered by a flexible vacuum bag in vacuum-assisted resin infusion process, and the compaction state time space dependent during mould-filling stage, there no practical tool for filling simulation. In this paper, flow governing equations are built based on analysis of behaviour fibre tow impregnation. For obtaining numerical solution conveniently accurately, an alternative approach proposed which primary computed from normal Darcy’s law, two-slave elements added to each master element, named sink slave element deformation calculate mass variation caused infiltration deformation. Three examples conducted verify precision broad applicability approach. influence unsaturated effect mould analysed.
