摘要: The study aims to investigate the effect of reduced keratinized mucosa (KM) and other risk indicators on severity peri-implant mucositis in (i) general population, (ii) periodontally healthy patients, (iii) patients without a history periodontitis. Anamnesis following clinical parameters were taken: mucosal-index, bleeding probing, local plaque index, oral hygiene-index, width KM. Mucositis score was determined for each implant. Multi-level subgroup analysis performed patient implant level. Six hundred twelve implants 130 analyzed. Subgroup showed significant associations between KM < 2 mm (p = 0.014) periodontitis (p = 0.017). Secondary outcome higher scores with insufficient hygiene or residual teeth (p ≤ 0.001), maxillary (p = 0.04), number per (p ≤ 0.001). Within limits study, one may conclude that is indicator results indicate band ≥ 2 mm reduce patients.
