摘要: This paper discusses contract-for-services, the dominant mechanism of social service delivery in United States. The development use contract-for-services 20th century is outlined as well increasingly interdependent relationship that exists between nonprofit organizations and government. contracting itself one inherently insecure, which assumed to create competition an incentive for high performance.
